Don't walk
I just tried to find the sea side in hoping there would be a breeze to cool the evening a bit. Not only is there no way to walk unhurt around Doha, it’s really dangerous. Speeding cars and no boardwalks to speak of. Sometimes out of nowhere a traffic light for pedestrians with a proper crossing but then no connecting ways. The sea was calm and as hot as the mainland. It’s a furnace day...
